  • How do you find your caregivers
All caregivers on staff are certified in the state of Texas and go through detailed trainings and pass level III background checks. We only select caregivers with multiple years of experience and a passion to help those live well at home. If you would like to meet one of our caregivers please reach out! We'd be happy to meet you
  • How can someone pay for personal in-home care in Houston?
Most people pay for personal in-home care privately. Possible sources used to cover private-pay home care expenses might include individual retirement accounts (IRAs), health savings accounts (HSAs), pensions, investments, annuities, real estate, and Social Security benefits. Medicare only covers skilled nursing services like physical therapy, occupational therapy, etc. Medicare does not cover "non-skilled" services like personal care (bathing, grooming, mobility, etc), companionship care, and respite. Medicaid does cover non-skilled home care, but there is an income limit. Feel free to reach out to discuss other options when it comes to paying for care.
  • What is the cost of home care services?
The cost of home varies depending on specific care needs, hours needed per week, and many other factors. We take pride on giving families an affordable cost that's custom to their needs. We'd be happy to give you a custom price that can fit your budget if you reach out to us
  • What is home care?
Home care is when a caregiver or home health aide helps a person, usually a senior or disabled adult, live at home comfortably by helping the person with activities of daily living (ADLs). ADLs usually include tasks related to personal care (bathing grooming etc), nutritional care (feeding, cooking etc), and maintaining a safe environment in the home
  • How soon can care start?
Care can start whenever you need it, even if its the next day
  • What sets Cole's Concierge apart from other home care services?
